• Paid features may be offered as subscriptions via Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Trials convert to paid unless canceled per store policies before renewal.
• Prices and taxes may change; changes take effect on the next billing cycle as permitted by the stores.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not violate laws, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to access non-public areas.
• No harassment, hate, or harmful content in community features.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, or interfering with the Service.

5. Content and Licenses

• You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display it to operate the Service.
• You represent that you have rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate law or rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, and assets are owned by Senku Company, Inc. and its licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except as set out in these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach or risk to users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time; store subscriptions must be canceled via the store.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senku Company, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Senku company’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue and jurisdiction will be in the courts of that location.
